Suspended in Thought
This series expands on My ADHD Life: Balancing Chaos and Order, diving deeper into the emotional undercurrents that shape my daily experience. Each image captures dye suspended in water—a fleeting, fluid moment that mirrors the thoughts constantly shifting in my mind.
As the colors collide, blend, and dissolve, they become metaphors for emotion and mental rhythm. The blues and greens reflect calm and clarity, while the moments of red or yellow pulse with tension, energy, or anxiety. These images freeze what cannot be seen—the invisible transition between chaos and control, movement and stillness.
This series serves as both a reflection and a release. The process is meditative; watching the dyes unfold reminds me that even in disorder, there is beauty and grace. These abstractions exist as a series within a series—visual prayers that echo the same balance I search for in life: between stillness and motion, surrender and control.
